Telephone Sessions

Phone sessions are a wonderful way to provide help and support, with the added benefit of flexibility. Although face-to-face sessions are ideal, some times they are not possible due to time constraints or distance. I want to be available to you and help you, whether you are a caretaker of a sick animal, having to make difficult decisions, or to help you process your feelings of grief.

  

To best help me help you, please do the following:

Please contact me at AnimalsConnectUs@yahoo.com, or 919-559-4379 to see how I may help you. I can provide an initial 10-15 minute discussion at no charge to determine how I may help and if you would like to make an appointment.

 

***Some situations in grief may need more support than what a phone session can provide, and we can discuss that during this time. Phone sessions are not appropriate if you are in crisis, or you need immediate help.

2. Forms

After we have made an appointment, I am obligated professionally and ethically to keep written records of our time together, as I would in a face-to-face session. I can email the forms to you, or you can scroll down to the bottom of the page and fill the form ahead of time.

***Once we set up an appointment, that time is reserved especially for you. I appreciate you being as respectful of my time as I am of yours. Please give me a 24-hours notice if you need to reschedule our appointment to avoid the cancellation fee. However, if we are able to find a new date or time that works for both of us, you will not be charged.

 

 

3. Payment

Payment for phone sessions is by PayPal only. Please see PayPal button and click on the amount of time that you would like to talk.  

 

**I do not bill insurance companies, to ensure the highest quality client care and confidentiality, and to reduce reliance on insurance companies' procedures and requirements, I can, however, provide you with information that you can submit to your insurance company, but your insurance company's policies will dictate whether the session is covered or not.
